Clean, appears to be newly remodeled, staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. There's even a little gym, on-site commercial laundry, the AC worked extremely well. Bedding and sheets were extremely comfortable worth the stay, I would definitely be staying here again!

I was a bit nervous about this place because several reviews here mentioned bugs, filth, and lack of hot water. I had none of those issues. I think the building is newly renovated as that's what the sign said. For reference, my room was on the west side, with an entrance near the pool. The room was plain and very clean. I wouldn't say "spotless" as there were some random scratches and nicks on the walls, but no issues with hygiene. I was worried the shower wouldn't get hot, but it definitely did. I will say that the mini fridge didn't work very well, it was only like maybe 15 degrees colder than the room. Not a huge issue for me, as I only used it for takeout leftovers and beverages. Also there was a big window to the outside; there was a curtain but I could still clearly hear people outside talking. If there had been kids playing on the playground or pool, I would have definitely heard them and it might have been annoying.

The customer service at this hotel really stood out. The front desk staff was polite, efficient, and made check-in and check-out easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast added great value to the stay. Very satisfied overall.

I've been staying here every week for work for like 3 years and I've only ever had a couple problems with the rooms like no heat or microwave broken but they always make sure they switch me to a new room or make it right. Staff is very friendly. I always recommend this place to anyone staying here. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

I was very happy with my room. It was newly remodeled and very clean. The bed was comfortable with lots of nice pillows. It was quiet so I slept well. I was on the second floor, there aren’t any elevators but the steps are pretty easy. I would definitely stay again.
